Track your order

Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use it on the carrier's website to follow your parcel.

If you have not received a tracking number or would like an update, email us at artpurpshopify13@gmail.com with your order number and we will send you the latest status within 1–2 business days.

Delivery times: orders are processed within 1–2 business days and standard delivery to Australia usually takes 7 to 15 business days after dispatch.
